Anticipating a completely new environment to have effects on my work and me, I wanted to have a way to physically record this change.
I set out steel plates in various locations around the places I lived and worked in Wyoming in order to observe how the environment would alter the plates, particularly in the ways in which they rusted. I then printed with the altered plates to create autobiographical rust prints from my time in Wyoming.
